54 hole, three day event played on three of Yorkshire’s finest

Day 1 Moortown – Day 2 Alwoodley – Day 3 Fulford

Competition Format

  • Men’s AMAM Team Event – Two from Four Stableford.
  • WHS 85% handicap allowance.
  • Maximum shot allowance is 18
  • The best aggregate points scored over the three rounds will win the Yorkshire AMAM Series.
  • Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams on the overall series result.
  • All players must be a member of an affiliated golf club.
  • All players must possess a CDH/WHS number with an active and fully developed handicap record.
  • Competitors must be aged 18 or over on Day 1 of the competition.
  • Entrants who do not meet the above criteria may still be allowed to play in the competition but will not be eligible to win any prizes.
  • The organisers reserve the right to reject any entry to the competition of any entrant and where this is the case will not enter any correspondence regarding the rejection.
  • Day 2 tee times will mirror Day 1. Day 3 will be in reverse score order so leaders out last.

Price – £350/player (£1,400/team) – Each competitor will receive free gift and use of the event mobile phone app for the live leaderboard, tee times and all full event details

Ties

Tied Results for the Series will be determined by card play-off as follows:
– Best Final Round score
– Best last nine holes of the Final Round
– Best last six holes of the Final Round
– Best last three holes of the Final Round
– Best last hole of the Final Round
– Sudden-death from hole one of the Final Round
If still tied the above procedure will apply to Round 2 and then finally Round 1.

Bad Weather Procedures

If in the unfortunate occurrence, play is interrupted by bad weather rendering the golf course unplayable, a minimum of nine holes must be completed by every competitor in the field in order to contribute to the three round aggregate total. If nine holes cannot be completed, then the days play will be abandoned and the tournament played over two rounds.
