Congratulations to the winning team of Maggie Ellis, Sarah Horsman, Kate Cooper of Bradford Golf Club and Michelle Priestly of Shipley Golf Club who won this year’s Ladies Open with an impressive score of 89 points. On a beautiful summers day the prize winners could only separated by 5 points – Ladies Open Results 2021
A strong score of 44 points took first prize in this year’s Mixed Open on the May Bank Holiday. Sean Sim of Ineos Golf Club and Claire Bateman of Richmond Golf Club claimed 1st spot by three points from Sarah & Fergus Munro of Preston Golf Club on a fine Summer’s Day at MGC.
We hope all entrants enjoyed the day despite the occasional shower and unseasonably low temperatures. The conditions certainly didn’t effect the scores, congratulations to the winning team from the Hallamshire Golf Club.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team of Professionals at Moortown Golf Club, a world class MacKenzie course and first UK host of the Ryder Cup.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can provide innovative ideas to enhance and drive the business forward with members, visitors and online.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily running of the Professional shop with a particular focus on customer service, coaching and custom fitting.
They will be committed to providing the highest level of customer service and be able to work well both independently and within a close team.
This is a permanent, full time role and includes working at the busiest times for golf: weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exceptional experience working at a world class golf club.
